Does PMExtract import directly into every CMMS?

No. The workbook is intentionally labeled as CMMS preparation. It must be reviewed and mapped to the required import format for your particular system.

Can I use it with Maximo?

The structured workbook can help prepare data for Maximo, but your Maximo administrator must determine the required fields, identifiers, job-plan relationships, and import method.

Are the records ready without review?

No. PMExtract requires knowledgeable human review because manuals may contain options, exceptions, or instructions that depend on the installed configuration.
