Uploaded manuals and data-plate photos
Original PDF manuals and data-plate photos are transmitted for AI-assisted processing and are not retained by PMExtract as a permanent document or image library. Generated plans and extracted maintenance records are saved to your account for later use.
Accounts and payments
Account identity is used to provide access to saved plans and credit balances. Payments are processed by Stripe; PMExtract does not store complete payment-card numbers.
Product analytics
PMExtract records limited first-party product events such as page visits, file selections, extraction outcomes, workbook downloads, checkout starts, and completed purchases. These events help measure whether the product works and do not include the contents of uploaded manuals or data-plate photos.
Human review
Generated records and data-plate readings are AI-assisted and must be verified against the physical equipment and manufacturer’s current documentation before use.
