Does PMExtract invent missing maintenance intervals?
No. If an interval, labor estimate, trade, tool, or part is not supported by the manual, PMExtract is instructed to leave that field blank or mark it as not stated.
Can I edit the checklist?
Yes. Every extracted task can be reviewed and edited before it is saved or exported.
Can I process several manuals?
Yes. Batch processing supports up to five PDF manuals at a time and can produce one combined CMMS preparation workbook.
